Offensively, he led the team with a .367 batting average, collecting 29 hits, 14 stolen bases, 22 runs scored, 13 RBIs, and 9 walks from the leadoff spot. On the mound, he contributed 15 innings pitched, allowing just 5 earned runs with 13 strikeouts, finishing with an impressive 2.33 ERA. Defensively, he was rock solid at shortstop, anchoring the infield with confidence and consistency. His all-around play set the tone for the team, and his leadership was felt in every game.

Senior Second Baseman / #3 Hitter – Jimmy Batting .353 with 24 hits, 16 runs scored, and a .426 slugging percentage, Jimmy was a consistent force in the heart of our lineup. He drove in 8 runs, hit 5 doubles, earned 10 walks, and stole 9 bases—contributing in every facet of the game. Batting in the most demanding spot in the order, he delivered numerous clutch hits in key moments. Defensively, Jimmy was a steady and reliable presence up the middle, anchoring the infield. As a senior leader, he set the tone with both his performance and poise, making a lasting impact on our team.
DAVID HUDOCK
Junior Catcher Batting .310 on the season with 22 hits, 11 RBIs, and 6 doubles, this junior was a consistent presence in the middle of the lineup. Behind the plate, he was a defensive leader—picking off multiple runners in critical moments and throwing out numerous would-be base stealers. His strong arm and game awareness consistently shut down opponents' running games and shifted momentum in key situations.
DYLAN RASIMOWICZ
JUNIOR / PITCHER – OUTFIELDER – THIRD BASEMAN Batting Average: .298 | 17 Hits | 12 Runs | 9 RBI | 12 Walks Dylan was a cornerstone of our team, excelling as both a pitcher and position player. Offensively, he contributed with a solid .298 average and consistent production throughout the season. But it was on the mound where Dylan truly shined. As our ace, he pitched 31.2 innings, allowed just 12 earned runs, and struck out 39 batters, finishing the year with an impressive 2.65 ERA. He led us to victory in 6 of the 7 games he started, including a signature performance in the second-round state playoff upset over 3rd-seeded Metuchen. Among his season highlights was a complete game one-hitter against Voorhees at the Ridge, and key wins over Warren Hills, Bernards, Gill, and Pingry. Dylan's presence on the mound gave us a chance to win every time he took the ball.

SOPHOMORE / FIRST BASEMAN / CLEAN-UP HITTER Batting Average: .279 | 19 Hits | 16 RBI | 4 Doubles | 1 Triple | 7 Walks Chris began the season at the bottom of the order in his varsity debut, but by the end of April had earned and secured the clean-up spot — one of the most challenging positions in the batting order. His ability to adjust to how pitchers approached him in that role was impressive. He delivered several clutch hits and key defensive plays throughout the season. His steady progression and consistent performance proved critical to our lineup’s success.
GABE MILLER
FRESHMAN / PITCHER / OUTFIELDER Miller made an immediate impact in his first varsity season, contributing both at the plate and on the mound. He finished the season with a .244 batting average, tallying 19 hits, 14 RBIs, 14 runs, 5 doubles, and 2 home runs. On the mound, Miller was our go-to closer, throwing 25.2 innings and recording 29 strikeouts. His most memorable performance came in the second round of the state tournament against Metuchen—he pitched the final two innings to earn the save and crushed a three-run home run in the top of the 7th to secure a 5-1 victory. His poise and production as a freshman were invaluable all season long.
BRADY REARDON
SENIOR / STARTING PITCHER / TCNJ COMMIT Brady Reardon pitched 32.2 innings, allowing just 12 earned runs while striking out 41 batters, finishing the season with an ERA of 2.57. Coming into the season recovering from an arm injury, it took time for him to fully build his arm strength, but once he settled in, he became one of our top and most reliable pitchers. Brady came up big in two of our most important games of the year—earning the win in both the first round of the county tournament and the first round of the state playoffs.

Senior starting pitcher Brady Reardon turned in a complete game, allowing 7 hits, 5 runs, striking out 6, walking 2, and hitting one batter. Offensively, the Terriers struggled to generate momentum, managing just 2 hits and 5 walks. Game MVPs Senior Jimmy Hintenach and Sophomore Chris Cialone each recorded a single. Freshman DH Danny Cialone reached base twice in three plate appearances, drawing 2 walks. Despite the loss, the Terriers battled hard against a powerhouse program and showed grit in a tough postseason matchup.

Terriers Advance to Semi-Finals Behind Dominant Performances from Rasimowicz, Hudock, and Miller The Del Val Terriers punched their ticket to the semi-finals on Tuesday with a 5-1 victory over Metuchen, thanks to standout performances from their trio of MVPs: Dylan Rasimowicz, David Hudock, and Gabe Miller. Starting pitcher Dylan Rasimowicz was electric on the mound, tossing 5 strong innings while allowing just 1 run on 3 hits and striking out 4. Rasimowicz also contributed at the plate, going 1-for-3 and scoring a run in the pivotal 7th inning. Catcher David Hudock made a game-changing defensive play in the bottom of the first, picking off Metuchen’s leadoff runner at second base to eliminate an early scoring threat. Hudock came through again in the top of the 4th with a clutch 2-run single, giving Del Val a 2-1 lead after trailing 1-0. With the Terriers holding on to a narrow lead in the 7th, Gabe Miller delivered the final blow — crushing a 3-1 fastball over the center fielder’s head for a 3-run home run, stretching the lead to 5-1. Miller also came on in relief to pitch the final two innings, securing the save and sealing Del Val’s spot in the next round. Other notable contributors included: Cooper Fransen, who went 1-for-4 with a double, a stolen base, and a run scored. Carter Glacken, who laid down a clutch bunt single in the top of the 7th. Jimmy Hintenach, who had a strong day at the plate, going 2-for-4 with a run scored. He crossed the plate as the go-ahead run on Hudock’s 2-run single in the 4th inning. The Terriers’ combination of timely hitting, strong pitching, and heads-up defense proved too much for Metuchen. Del Val now heads into Tuesday’s semi-final with momentum and confidence.

Reardon threw a complete game in the five-inning mercy-rule victory, striking out 11 while allowing just 4 hits, 3 walks, and 2 unearned runs. Del Val’s offense exploded behind him, with contributions throughout the lineup. Sophomore left fielder Matt Feeney went a perfect 3-for-3 with 2 RBI, a run scored, and a stolen base. Chris Cialone added a 2-for-3 day, driving in 2, stealing two bases, and scoring once. Junior Dylan Rasimowicz sparked the top of the order, going 2-for-3 and crossing the plate three times. Despite Strong Efforts from Cooper Fransen and Team In a tough contest against Rutgers Prep, Del Val came up short with a 3-11 loss, but several players showed promise and determination. Junior shortstop and leadoff batter Cooper Fransen earned game MVP honors with his third consecutive multi-hit game. Fransen went 2-for-4 at the plate, driving in one run and stealing two bases, consistently igniting the Terriers’ offense. Sophomore Chris Cialone made his first career varsity start at third base and made an immediate impact, going 1-for-2 with an RBI. Junior catcher David Hudock also contributed with a 1-for-3 performance, while junior Dylan Rasimowicz added a hit and a walk in his three plate appearances. Despite the final score, the team’s effort and key individual performances provide a strong foundation as Del Val continues its season.
GAME MVP DYLAN RASIMOWICZ
Game MVP Junior pitcher Dylan Rasimowicz earned his first career win on the mound, delivering a dominant performance to lead Del Val to an 8-4 victory in the Terriers' home opener. Rasimowicz pitched 4.2 innings, striking out 6, walking 1, allowing just 1 hit and 1 run. At the plate, Dylan contributed as well, going 1-for-2 with a walk, scoring a run, and driving in another. Senior second baseman Jimmy Hintenach was a key offensive force, going 2-for-3 with 2 runs scored, a double, 2 stolen bases, a hit-by-pitch, and an RBI. Junior shortstop Cooper Fransen continued his hitting streak with 2 more hits. Senior Jack Hancsin provided an early spark with an RBI double in the bottom of the first inning, helping the Terriers take a 2-1 lead. Del Val then exploded offensively in the bottom of the third inning, scoring 6 runs to build an 8-1 advantage — a lead that proved sufficient for the win.

Game MVP Senior captain Jack Hancsin was the standout player, coming in relief during the second inning with two outs and the bases loaded, striking out a batter to escape the jam. He pitched 4.2 scoreless innings with 9 strikeouts, 5 walks, and no hits allowed to close out the game. At the plate, Hancsin was 2-for-2 with 2 RBIs, a run scored, and a stolen base. Freshman Gabe Miller went 2-for-3 with 2 runs scored and a walk, while junior shortstop Cooper Fransen was 3-for-4 with a run scored. The Terriers will host Warren Hills again on Thursday, April 3rd, at 4:00 PM.

Most Outstanding Infielder - Ryan Stephens - School Record 17 Stolen Bases, .327 Batting Average, .492 OBP, 21 Runs, 15 RBI, 15 Walks. Solid shortstop, extremely smart player, with a quick release. Second highest OBP on the team, and offensively had several clutch hits in big games.
Golden Arm - Zach Erling - 1.581 ERA, 1.161 WHIP, 31 Innings, 21 Strike Outs, 8 GP, 3-2 Record. Number 1 pitcher, led our team on the mound in the biggest games. His 2 hitter against Pingry led us to a Conference Co-Championship. He also helped deliver a big win against North Hunterdon in the HWS Tournament.
